Glucosamine Plus

Nutritional health supplements supporting the joints by stimulating the growth of cartilage and joint repair.    The ingredients in Glucosamine combine to help support the joints and bolster the immune system.  Glucosamine is a naturally occurring substance in joints and its main function is to stimulate the growth of cartilage. It not only supports healthy joint function, but also stimulates its repair, both of which are important as we age.

Glucosamine hydrochloride, the most bio-available form, helps to support the health of the body's joints and connective tissue. By adding herb's Turmeric and Green Tea powder they will help support the immune system and metabolism.  These ingredients provide powerful nutritional support throughout the body.

Some differences to watch out for in the market place. "Glucosamine sulfate is actually made from Glucosamine HCI (hydrochloride), through the addition of either sodium or potassium sulfate.  This addition provides no absorption benefits to the glucosamine molecule, but instead compromises its purity.  When the sulfate molecule is attached to the glucosamine molecule, it takes away some of the active constituent of the glucosamine.  Therefore, Glucosamine HCI provides a much greater percentage of active ingredients to the body than glucosamine sulfate, making it more bioavailable.  Both forms of glucosamine provide an equal absorption rate, but you would need a greater amount of glucosamine sulfate in order to have the same effect as a lesser amount of glucosamine HCI.

Current research has shown that Chondroitin sulfate, commonly found in combination with glucosamine sulfate, is too large a molecule to be absorbed and used by the cells of the body."

Glucosamine Key Benefits
Glucosamine has been reported to be supportive in arthritis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, disc degeneration, ankylosing spondylitis, tendinitis, bursitis, cartilage repair (tendons and ligaments), skin wound healing, carpal tunnel syndrome and in reducing inflammatory response.

Assistive with inflamed discs, sciatic nerve, and inflamed  joints associated with ageing. Useful
in restoring lost elasticity in the invertebrate disc.
Studies have also shown glucosamine to yield as good as, or even better results compared to nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in contributing to relieving the pain and inflammation of osteoarthritis.

"If your body fails you through your or others neglect, where will you live?"

My aim is to help people understand how to help themselves by using natural methods rather than relying on mainstream products, which may have unwanted side effects. By studying research from many sources I have found that usually common sense prevails. For more specific information email me at : info@looksamazing.net

Clive was born in 1943 and schooled at Culford School in Suffolk. Shortly after leaving Clive joined the Army and eventually flew helicopters for four years in all theatres round the world.

Upon leaving the forces in 1970 he started a vehicle hire business, which was sold in 1980 and is still going strong.

Next, Clive ran his own financial brokerage until he took over a public house in Norfolk in 1983.

This was to be a sad move as his wife and three children moved away leaving him to run the pub single handed. At least he was busy which helped!!

Next came picture framing and a framing school. This was run for about 5 years until Clive moved into the insurance world, where he met his wife to be, Janet.

They married in 2000 and have since then both been involved in natural health and currently run a successful business based round toxin free products.

Analysis published in the British Medical Journal found that alone or in combination glucosamine and chondroitin were no better than placebo for joint pain or for narrowing of joint spacing.

Download the full study from the British Medical Journal websaite and read the conclusion, on page 1 of the pdf. In other words, buying these tablets IS A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY!
